You are entitled to exchange or return the goods purchased within 3 days after receiving the goods.
The order amount will not be refunded within 3 days after receiving.
Note: The shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
1. You have the right to exchange or return the purchased goods in the following cases:
A) You receive the wrong product
B) The product you received does not match the description on the website, or the product you received is damaged.
C) The product has never been used, has the original condition from its original packaging and includes all cards.
2. Returns or exchanges
If there is a condition of a replacement or a return, please contact customer service within 3 days of the date of receiving the item, we will negotiate with you for the return. Repack the item in its original packaging and send to the specified location, we will refund you after receiving the goods.
3. Can I cancel my order before the item arrives?
You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping from our warehouse. If the order starts to ship, it cannot be canceled.
